• The participants should:

1.- Take a picture from home recreating what would your perfect vacations be like in Paradise. .

2.- Upload the photograph to the personal profile of the participant in Facebook in public mode.

3.- The photo should:

• A) Show the participant and / or family members that will join the participant during the visit at the Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa in the event of winning the dynamics.
• B) When uploading the photo to your personal Facebook profile, you should Tag our official Facebook page account (https://www.facebook.com/paradisevillage/). With the hashtag #BeachMeUp
• C) The participant must have the settings for viewing the photo in "public".
• D) The participant is responsible of the images contained in the photograph, upon participating it states that it has the consent from the persons that appear in such photograph for the taking, publication and dissemination of their image.

** The Dynamics of “Photograph - Paradise Village” (hereinafter the Dynamics) of the Hotel Paradise Village Beach, Resort and Spa(c) (hereinafter the Hotel) (operated by Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, S.A. de C.V., and organizer of the dynamics, with address at Paseo de los Cocoteros #1, Nuevo Vallarta, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico) starts on the day November 1st, 2020 at 09:00:00 a.m. and ends on January 31st 2020 at 11:00:00 p.m. central time of the United Mexican States. The information on how to participate and the prizes to be granted to the participants of the dynamics are part of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Upon participating, the Participant is accepting the “Terms and Conditions” and should make sure that its publication complies with all the requirements established therein to be able to participate. The Dynamics consists in obtaining the greatest number of reactions to a photograph, pursuant to these terms and conditions, therefore, neither luck nor the chance will determine the winners.

• 2. The three photographs with the highest amount of reactions will be rewarded, which are: (Like, Love, Surprise, Care, Fun, Sad), the number of this “reactions” will serve as voting metrics to define the winner.


• 3. Profiles of Persons 18 years or older are the only ones that can participate *legal age in the United Mexican States* (Although they can upload photographs with their underage relatives, the prize would be awarded to the person with the responsible adulthood) with an official valid identification to prove their legal age, and they must follow the official page of Paradise Village Beach Resort & Spa at Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Paradisevillage/).


• 4. The Participants upon participating in the dynamics grant an authorization to the organizer to contact them in case of winning, publish the photograph in the social networks of the Hotel and to treat their personal information consisting in: (i) full name, (ii) date of birth, (iii) email address, (iv) user of social networks and (v) telephone, for the purposes established by these dynamics and for advertising and marketing purposes, in accordance with our integral advertising ad, which can be consulted at https://www.paradisevillage.com/spanish/privacypolicy.html.


• 5. The dynamics start on November 1st, 2020 at 09:00:00 a.m. and ends on January 31st, 2021 at 11:00:00 p.m. central time of the United Mexican States (the "Dynamics "), and only during this period of time the reactions of the photographs will be taken into account.


• 6. The dynamics consists in the participants:
• a) Taking a photo from their home recreating what would their perfect vacations be like in paradise.
• b) Upload the photograph to the personal profile of the participant in Facebook public mode.
• c) The photo should have the following features:
• (i) Show the participant along with its family or the persons with whom it will enjoy its prize in case of winning.
• (ii) Upon uploading the photo in its personal Facebook profile, our official account of the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/paradisevillage/), should be tagged, with the hashtag #BeachMeUp
• (iii) The participant should have the configuration to see the photo in "public".
• (iv) The participant is responsible of the images contained in the photograph, therefore, upon participating it states that it has the consent from the persons that appear in such photograph for the taking, publication and dissemination of their image.


• 7. The participants understand, accept, and authorize the Hotel and the organizer of the dynamics in order that, in the event of winning to publish their photograph with their names in the social networks and in the web page of the Hotel.


• 8. The prizes consist of:
• First place: Certificate of Lodgment of “Lodgment in an all inclusive plan” for 4 days, 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 children less than 12 years staying in the same room (One bedroom suite) at the Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa, located at Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico.


• Second place: Certificate of Lodgment "European Plan Lodgment" (Only lodgment, food and beverages are not included) during 4 days, 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 children of less than 12 years staying in the same room (One bedroom suite) at the Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa, located at Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico.


• Third place: Certificate for a massage for a couple of 50 minutes to be selected from our menu of massages in our Spa Palenque located at Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa at Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico


• 9. The prizes can be used between March 1, 2021 through December 15, 2021. The redemption of the prizes is subject to availability and cannot be used on “Black Out Dates” (Black Out Dates are special dates in which the hotel expects a very high demand of occupation, such as in an inclusive and not limited manner: long weekends due to nonbusiness days, Holidays, vacation periods, Christmas, new year’s, among others).


• 10. For the first and second place the maximum occupation is of 2 adults and 2 children in “one bedroom Suite”.


• 11. The certificate is not a reservation confirmation, to make the reservation it is necessary to call +52 (322) 226 8850.


• 12. The prizes are not transferable.


• 13. To claim each prize, it is necessary to do a prior reservation 15 days before the attempted date of arrival and/or of redemption.


• 14. The winner of the contest assumes total responsibility for its transportation and arrival to the Hotel, as well as from the Hotel to its final destination.


• 15. To participate in the contest it is necessary to be 18 years old (legal age in the United Mexican States) and above.


• 16. None of the prizes can be redeemed for credit, cash, and it does not have any commercial value.


• 17. The prizes are not cumulative nor combined with other promotions.


• 18. The duration of contest and the start and end dates of the contest are subject to changes without a previous notice.


• 19. Additional nights are subject to availability and at regular rates of the hotel payable per night per adult in the same plan of the certificate granted.


• 20. The hotel Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa and Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, S.A. de C.V., will be the only authorized to determine who are the winning participants n accordance to these terms and conditions and their decision will be unappealable and irrevocable.

The participants acknowledge and accept that previous to the treatment of its personal data Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, S.A. de C.V., provided its Integral Privacy Notice, which can also be consulted at https://www.paradisevillage.com/spanish/privacypolicy.html.

Upon participating in the contest, the participants grant to Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, S.A. de C.V. and/or Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa its express and full authorization for the use during 5 (five) years of its image, voice and any sound effect issued by the participants in any existing legal means, or invented, printed, electronic or digital for promotion marketing purposes and/or advertising of any of its commercial trademarks.
In addition, the participants acknowledge and understood that their image can be edited, copied, displayed, published or distributed, therefore, they irrevocably waive to any right of inspecting and/or approving the finished product previous to its exhibition or under any means reproduced.
On the other hand, the participants expressly state that this authorization is made as per its own desire and free, without receiving any compensation now or in the future due to such reason nor for the concept of royalties.
Finally, the participants upon participating in this contest and accepting and terms and conditions of the same, waive to any legal claim in Mexico or any country of the world motivated by their eventual participation in the advertising products of Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, S.A. de C.V.

If due to any reason, the Dynamics are not capable of being executed as planned, due to fraud, technical faults or any other circumstances outside the control of the Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa or Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, S.A. de C.V. they preserve the right to cancel the Dynamics at any time and as per their convenience.
If Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa or Conjunto Desarrollo Marina Mar, SA de CV determine that the publication of any participant threatens the integrity or appropriate conduct of this Dynamics, encourages hate, violence or attempts in any manner against the moral and good costumes, Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa and its operator preserve the right, as per its sole and complete discretion, of disqualifying any person or participants that incurs in any conduct of those mentioned above, and including they can cancel, end, modify or suspend the dynamics. In the event of cancellation or suspension of the Dynamics neither Paradise Village Beach, Resort & Spa nor its operator will retain any right to use the image of the persons that appear in the photographs under any concept.

The participants are responsible of complying with these Terms and Conditions. The photographs with the names of the winners will be published in the social networks of the Hotel and in addition they will be available on line at www.paradisevillage.com/beachmeup at 11:00am hours central time of Mexico, on Monday, February 8th 2021, in addition the list of winners will be made public in the official Facebook account on Monday, February 8th 2021.
